Fitness Friday     

“The swim is across the river and back. It is about 800 yards. If you can swim for 15-20 minutes, you can make it without any problem. The river current is less than a mile per hour, so that’s not an issue. My Dad did it when he was 82, so you don’t have any excuses.” – Bill Keating, Jr. – his way of persuading people to join him at one of his favorite events, The Great Ohio River Swim.

To Do Today: Get out your suit and goggles and start training for The Bill Keating, Jr. Memorial Great Ohio River Swim on September 22!
