“We often take for granted the very things that most deserve our gratitude. Our nation will remain the land of the free only so long as it is the home of the brave.”

To Do Today: Show respect and gratitude towards our veterans by listening to and learning their stories.

The Tristate Veterans Community Alliance (TVCA) will be hosting  their first Veteran Reflections: Storytelling to Honor Veterans from 6:30p.m. -8:30p.m. tonight at the CityLink Center. The event will feature seven veterans – from WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan –  each speaking about their military service and how it has influenced their lives.
